Return Policy

While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Please contact us at info@deltaroboticsinc.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

A quick note: We’re a small but passionate startup, and your support means the world to us. As a growing startup trying to get on our feet, we kindly ask that you be patient and understanding with our return process. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Some items are non-returnable and marked as Final Sale. These include:

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Discounted items labeled “Final Sale”

• Consumables, perishable items, or opened products (unless defective)

All Final Sale items are non-refundable, so please double-check before completing your order.
